Ducted System Service will include:

▪ Check return air filters and clean if necessary ▪ Check drain and unblock if necessary ▪ Check and assess any noises ▪ Check, adjust and tighten all working parts ▪ Check electrical connections ▪ Check refrigerant levels and gas pressure ▪ Check compressor current ▪ Check fans ▪ Check damper motors ▪ Thermostat check and calibration ▪ Isolator operation ▪ Crankcase heater ▪ Check and tighten refrigerant valves ▪ Check supply and return air temperatures ▪ System report

Split System Service will include:

▪ Clean filter ▪ Check and clean coils ▪ Check drain and unblock if necessary ▪ Check, adjust and tighten all working parts ▪ Check refrigerant levels and gas pressure ▪ Check operation of unit ▪ Full report

Commercial fridge and walk-in cold room

▪ Check room temperature and gas charge ▪ Check oil stains for any potential gas leaking ▪ Check and clean evaporator coil, condensing coil if necessary ▪ Check drain and unblock if necessary ▪ Check fan motors, compressor operating conditions ▪ Check isolator switch and electrical connections ▪ Check evaporative condensation drip tray operating ▪ Check and tighten refrigerant valves ▪ Check digital thermostat settings and defrost heater operating
